Shrivenham Football Club is fortunate to have a number of support staff who help out with the day to day operations that the club requires in order to function and be successful.

Since being elected Chairman ahead of the 2017-18 Uhlsport Hellenic League 1 West campaign, Matt Hirst has modernised this area of the club and there are regular meetings and reviews held to ensure that the realistic targets are met and that the club continues to move forwards to establish further success following promotion at the end of his first season in charge.

The committee have years of expertise between them and as the club has become more efficient, their experience will continue to be utilised in order to professionalise all off field operations in the coming years.

Has been involved with the club for over 14 years now and has held a variety of roles, including Treasurer. 2019-20 marks his third straight season as club Secretary.

Was appointed to the position ahead of the 2017-18 season and has transformed the accounts with her meticulous eye for detail and reported hat the club was officially debt free at the end of 2018-19.

Joined the club during the 2018-19 season as Maintenance Manager but has taken on the role of Football Officer this season.

Joined the club in June 2019 and has a wealth of experience in pitch maintenance which will be of huge benefit to our new playing surface.

Joined the Committee in the 2018-19 season and can be found on Game Days working in most of our Front of House positions.

Previously involved with Aldershot Town and the Swindon Wildcats media teams before getting involved with Shrivenham ahead of the 2017-18 season.

Alan Thomas

FUNDRAISER

Is the workhorse behind our fund raising Legends Evenings and also headed the project which saw the club secure funding for the pitch renovations which took place during the summer of 2019.

FUNDRAISER

Has been involved with the club for a long time and spearheaded our hugely successful Beer Festival last February and will do likewise for our 2020 one.
